If you see anything that you think is cloaked or spoofed or no followed - please tell me - I will not allow the blogs in the network.

I guarantee you that NONE of the in house blogs do this. NOT ONE!

As far as member blogs - it is possible one has slipped through.

I need the help of good guys like YOU to help me get these blogs fixed or removed - so let me know if you see them

Claoking of the links for our posts is not allowed or tolerated.

Did you go and view the source? that should have let you know right away. Lol, if the view source is disabled save it to your HD and then open it in your editor. That should tell you exactly whats happening. You might also want to get a plugin for your browsers that highlites nofollowed links. Takes about 5 minutes to check and know for sure.

Some people are using a cloaking plugin and are setting it incorrectly. The solution for THEM is to set ONLY affiliate links to be cloaked - but they are incorrectly spoofing ALL LINKS.

I deactivated their blogs and sent them an email - I'm sure they'll fix it.

LAZY way is to cloak everything but since we want the link juice we need OUR links to NOT be cloaked.

Also - Google does LIKE LINKS to real web sites. If you want them to like your site they shoudl se some links going out - it's NOT NATURAL for a site to have TONS OF LINKS but ZERO go outside to other sites.

As for affiliate links - I don't ever cloak them - you can if you think it helps - but just don't cloak NON AFFILIATE links!

Yes guys, I did view the source and 2 out of the 3 blogs I posted to were nofollow and cloaked member blogs. When you mouseover the links in the posted article you see that they are using a link cloaking plugin. I will drop a note to the Admin with the member blog names. Thanks for the input guys.

Sorry, didn't mean to insult your intelligence. That's the one problem with new forums as no one knows the others level of expertise. Never gave it a thought really until you mentioned it as as I don't usually post affiliate links. One thing, anyone cheating will get caught fairly quickly, whether on purpose or not. Thanks for catching them.

Both parties have fixed their plugin settings and now their sites are added back.

I often hear people defend cloaking all links - but when they take the time to think about they understand and correct it.

For me it's long been second nature to look at my links to verify the source is giving me the juice!
