Putting Affiliate Ads on a Page

Postby Cindy » Mon Nov 14, 2011 2:40 pm

I was looking at one of the training videos (aukdat at 16 minutes) and noticed what looks like a nice affiliate ad in the middle of the Page - what do I need to do to get ads to look like that on my pages? Any thoughts? Thanks, Cindy

It depends on which ad that waS - if it was BU yuo can register at the affiliate center to get loads of banners

Otherwise there are lots of great products you can promote at www.clickbank.com and at www.cj.com

Actually, I was wondering how you got your ad centered on the page. Whenever I put in the ad code it goes to the left side- can't figure out how to center it. Thanks, Cindy

If all else fails use the CENTER tag in HTML mode

Here is the code

Code: Select all
<CENTER>Your stuff here</CENTER>

That should work almost evverywhere :D

I started using the <div> command.

<div align="center">
<div align="right">
<div align="left">
and like center all of the div statements need to end with a </div>

Using div lets the text flow along side of what ever you have aligned to the left or right.

I have found w3schools website useful for learning html.

Yep, great place to learn html. I've used it a lot.

However a lot of newbies have specific questions about how to do something they saw on a webpage. The best thing then is to view source and see how they did it. Then go to the W3 website and look up the commands and see what else can be done with it to make it work the way they want it to.
