Can anybody tell me how to get the PLR articles?

If you bought a membership to BU there are instructions on the sales page on how to claim bonuses.

Look at the bottom of that page. It's easy.

Me - I always SAVE the sales pages in my 'purchases folder" when I buy stuff so there aren't any misunderstandings - even if the page changed - I have a record of the exact deal I bought and paid for.
