I agree these are good vids, particularly the PR7 one. However SEOQuake is not showing PR at the moment which makes the last step a bit tedious.
However good information for free.

I was very surprised at how good the info was. Excellent and the price is right.

For PR I did the same thing. Do the search and then open them in a new tab so I could see the PR. Used my msie 8 for that.

Hopefully the video about domain extensions will dispel some of the myths about dot com domains.

By msie 8 did you mean Market Samurai? I haven't used it too much of late as they were having problems. I might fire it up again and have a look at some of the new features.

msie is microsoft internet explorer. I use firefox now and then but msie is my main browser.

One thing I found yesterday that I didn't like about the google groups thing. Registration I expected to have to do but finding the damn post you want to comment in after you register got to be a real pita. Seems when you login it doesn't take you to the post, even if you are on the post when you login. It's a nice technique but very time consuming. Unless I can find some PR 3s I won't waste much time on it. If you're having better luck let me know what you are doing.

Yep, Market Samurai has a problem now and then. Mostly when google changes something. Mostly they have it all fixed within a day or two. For me the litle bit of frustration now and then is more than worth the information it gives me.

Well everything has been so confusing of late that it's hard to know what's working and what's not. A couple of months ago I concentrated on writing original content for my sites, but this slowed down the posting rate to 1 post per week for each. Now I still write some original content, but supplement with other content and vids. If I see a spun article that has good content but bad grammar, I will tidy it up and post it (shh don't tell!) but I figure it's win-win as they get a link & I get content.

I use BU for links but also social monkee and some blog commenting. I tried a program called "actually rank" but found it not worth the money. I hope I'm not breaking any rules by mentioning a program on here, it so feel free to edit.

I'm also getting some press releases written for a couple of sites as they tend to have more stickability than article marketing these days. At the end of the day, I am doing less backlinking, but better quality links.

Press REleases are very smart and can help especially when the competition is intense!

Unless you are going for difficult high competition keywords you usually do not have to do much outside of the BU Blog Network,

Unless you NEED the extra links or work - I would say don't do it unless all else fails

Do what you know works and thenback off a little - 99 times out of a 100 you'll find it will work without buying extra programs or link packages or resorting to spammy blasting techniques
